In the IT sector, talent retention and the “Big Quit” are trending issues due to the high cost of resignation, which can sometimes reach €30,000.

According to studies on HRIS systems focused on turnover, we observed that in a very tight market, implementing appropriate tools addresses all risks associated with early departures. TOP is a high-performance and comprehensive solution that goes beyond simple data analysis (smart KPIs) by offering corrective and preventive actions tailored to each employee for increased loyalty and engagement.

Following these market observations, Aymax engaged TOP to optimize the management of its HR processes related to talent retention and turnover reduction.

Implementation

With Aymax, the technical implementation was straightforward. We were able to integrate our common HR data from employee contracts through our HRIS and payroll information from PayFit. TOP is a secure and encrypted solution with restricted access for each user, thus respecting the confidentiality of integrated data.

TOP complies with GDPR regulations, providing a foundation of trust in our data handling and exchanges with the organization.

The challenge in implementing TOP was getting users, i.e., managers, on board. Aymax’s strategy was simple: the facts are the answer. For each resignation, an analysis meeting is organized with the manager. This analysis is then compared to TOP’s results. We observe that TOP’s predictions are accurate and reflective of reality.

We enrolled our 200 employees on the platform and granted access to 18 managers within Aymax.

ROI

We succeeded in reducing our turnover rate by 19% between October 2021 and October 2022. Today, we find it easier to detect dissatisfaction and implement appropriate corrective actions.

In October 2022, TOP was able to predict the received resignations with an accuracy rate of 87%.
