During its 4th edition held in July 2023, NewWork RHevolution brought together a community of over 500 HR decision-makers determined to explore the latest innovations in the field. With the participation of more than 40 startups showcasing innovative ideas, the event addressed a wide range of HR issues, such as the digitization of HR processes, recruitment and employer branding, internal and external mobility, talent management, employee engagement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and quality of work life (QWL). This awards ceremony represents an opportunity to reward the best “start-up and HRD” pairs for innovations in the human resources sector.
In the spirit of innovation, TOP was recognized and rewarded with two trophies at this event, demonstrating its commitment to improving HR and managerial practices.
Double Success for TOP: Two Distinctive Trophies Awarded
TOP participated in the NewWork RHevolution event, 2023 edition, focused on discovering the latest trends in human resources and new innovative startups.
Since its creation in April 2022, this young startup specializing in talent retention has shone by winning two trophies. These awards were presented by a jury composed of HR innovation experts, including HRDs and sector decision-makers within renowned multinational corporations and institutions, who evaluated all applications and awarded prizes in different categories.
In collaboration with its partner Aymax, TOP won the first prize in the “Employer Attractiveness, Recruitment & Retention” category, highlighting its engaging vision to assist companies in integrating technologies to enhance talent retention and managerial practices.
Additionally, this duo received a second “Jury’s Favorite” award, exceptionally presented by the jury, emphasizing the innovative and disruptive aspect of the solution.
This recognition symbolizes a significant milestone, attesting to the unwavering trust of our first renowned clients: Vinci, Talan, and Attijari Banking. These eminent companies were among the first to believe in our vision and collaborate closely with us.
